Our Goals..

1. To set up pilot plant development and training facilities at KMITT which will serve as a center for transferring advanced technology by adapting and developing technology to suit national conditions before disseminating technical know-how to industrial sectors.

2. The primary function of facilities to be established is to provide training of personnel of Thailand in pilot plant design,fabrication, installation and operation in order to promote efficient transfer of relevant and timely industrial technology with the aim to create new processes and products. Thus, the activities will promote rapid and wise industrialization which, in turn, will increase the value of agricultural products and natural resources before export and will provide extensive employment.

3. The facilities will be made available to countries in this region if required. Arrangements to operate the facilities are envisaged with public agencies in Thailand and international organizations mandated to undertake HRD in this area. Moreover, collaboration with overseas companies interested in using PDTI in technical manpower training will be encouraged.
